As way of keeping people safe from Covid-19, World Health Organization in partnership with WhatsApp and Facebook launched a messaging service in March 2020.
This easy to use messaging service which is still running has the potential to reach 2 billion people and it also enables W.H.O to get information directly into the hands of the people that need it.
As a way of reaching more people and making sure that people gets all the details and assistance they need concerning Coronavirus, the World Health Organization has also launched a Facebook Messenger Health Alert which in most cases will work similarly like the previously launched WhatsApp messaging service.
The Messenger Health Alert on Covid-19 can be accessed through a link that opens a conversation on Facebook Messenger. Users can simply tap “Get Started” to activate the conversation, prompting a menu of options that can help answer their questions about Coronavirus.
The W.H.O Health Alert on Covid-19 is now active on Messenger and can be accessed here: http://messenger.com/t/WHO
