The Uganda National Road Authority (UNRA) have today in partnership with MTN Uganda launched a partnership to provide toll free payment solution  along Kampala Entebbe Expressway for road users. The Entebbe Expressway has a road toll fee system that requires payment to grant access for usage. Uganda Communications Commission has ordered Spark TV to immediately suspend its Live Wire programme after the station appeared to ignore the regulator’s directive to have it rescheduled.
