Uganda’s OTT Tax in Full and How to activate

In July 1st, 2018, the Government and the Parliament of Uganda introduced a tax that requires an excise duty on over-the-top services over the internet. This came immediately following a brief tweet by the President of Uganda, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni that “social media encourages gossip”.
