The Uganda National Road Authority (UNRA) have today in partnership with MTN Uganda launched a partnership to provide toll free payment solution  along Kampala Entebbe Expressway for road users. The Entebbe Expressway has a road toll fee system that requires payment to grant access for usage. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are all down across the world after a crash that has left social media users frustrated and unable to connect.
